Overview

Keith Gaudioso is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation. He brings over twenty-five years of civil litigation experience across a wide array of practice areas including construction, business torts, technology disputes, and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Keith served as Of Counsel at a prominent Miami law firm, where he had primary responsibility for the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice. He also operated his own solo law practice for nearly seven years, handling civil and federal trial and appellate litigation including commercial and business litigation, collections and consumer protection, personal injury, employment discrimination, and family law. His experience includes serving as an associate attorney at multiple law firms, where he handled complex commercial fraud cases, real property rights disputes, state and federal appellate and trial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and employment law matters. He began his career handling insurance defense litigation including professional, environmental, commercial, automobile, and general liability cases.

Keith graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the International Law Review and Order of the Coif.
