Kristen T. Weiss

Kristen Weiss is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on probate litigation, estate planning, and guardianship.    

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Kristen worked as an Attorney gaining experience in civil litigation and commercial transactions, representing large national retailers, government agencies, and high-profile investors. 

Kristen earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Florida, where she made the Dean’s List and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society. 

Kristen earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law Honors Program, where she was a member of Nova Law Review, a recipient of the Faculty Scholarship, and earned a Pro Bono Honors award. 

While in law school, Kristen served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kal Evans of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and worked as a law clerk at a local estate planning and probate law firm.
