Maria Nieto

Maria Nieto is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense.  Leveraging over three decades of comprehensive legal experience, Maria has developed an outstanding reputation for her expertise in property damage cases, complex fraud matters, personal lines injury litigation, and commercial bodily injury litigation. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, she started her legal career as a Plaintiff counsel, handling personal injury and HMO claims. In 2004 Maria founded her law firm, extending services to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, Florida. For over a decade, she adeptly managed a variety of litigation matters from inception to trial, representing both defense and plaintiff matters.  

An alumnus of the University of Miami, Maria graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. 

Beyond her legal experience, Maria is recognized for her strong communication skills and is a fluent Spanish speaker. Since 2015, she has served as a Circuit Court Mediator, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to securing balanced, equitable solutions for her clients.
