Overview

Matthew Morin is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to first-party property insurance defense. 

Prior to working as an associate, Matthew worked as a Summer Associate in the Summer of 2022 and transitioned to a Law Clerk with Kelley Kronenberg, where he gained experience in first-party property insurance defense by conducting legal research, drafting case reports, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and proposals for settlement.   

Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Florida State University. While working towards his undergraduate degree, Matthew was a frequent member of the Dean’s list and an active member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. Matthew went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. 

While attending law school, Matthew served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael C. Bagge-Hernandez for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Tampa, Florida. Matthew also served as a Teaching Assistant in Civil Procedure and was a Stetson Ambassador. Matthew was a member of two academic journals as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Aging Law and Policy and the Journal of International Wildlife and Policy. Matthew was also an active volunteer at the Community Law Program, where he helped provide pro bono legal services for disadvantaged individuals in Pinellas County.
