Overview

Nicole Lazaroff is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to first-party property insurance defense.   

Prior to working as an Attorney, Nicole worked as a Law Clerk with Kelley Kronenberg, where she gained experience in first-party property insurance defense by conducting legal research, drafting case reports, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and proposals for settlement.   

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, as a double major in Psychology and English from the University of Miami where she was a member of the Psychology and Neuroscience International Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, and the Golden Key International Honor Society.  Nicole then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient.  

While attending law school, Nicole was a Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing and Employment Law as well as a Research Assistant for Criminal and Constitutional Law. She was also the Managing Editor of the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review Journal. Nicole also worked as a Summer Associate for one of New York’s leading law firms where she researched and drafted memoranda concerning the tax implications for international corporations, and reviewed leasing agreements for exposure and liability.
