William DeJean is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense. William has extensive litigation experience handling a variety of “National Flood Insurance Program” (NFIP), environmental, municipal, police, and insurance defense matters.
William has a history of defending “Write-Your-Own” (WYO) insurance carriers in the “National Flood Insurance Program” (NFIP) on a nationwide basis. William has tried several NFIP cases, with zero or de minimis judgments and has also prevailed at the U.S. Court of Appeal level.
William earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Orleans, where he majored in Secondary Education. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School.
