Kelley Kronenberg Partner Harsh Arora Appointed to Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee

Kelley Kronenberg Partner Harsh Arora has been appointed to the Florida Bar’s Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee effective July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

The scope and function of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee is to assist the Governor and the judicial nominating commissions in discharging their respective duties under Article V, Section 11, Constitution of Florida.

The committee offers assistance to the Governor with organizing and presenting an annual training program for all JNC commissioners. The training program provides authoritative information on the subject of judicial selection and the judicial nominating process.  The committee will advise judicial nominating commissioners of new legislation or proposed legislation which is related to the judiciary and the judicial selection process. The committee will continue to suggest operating rules and procedures that it believes to be in the best interest of the commissions and the judicial nominating process.

Harsh Arora is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg where he heads the Business Law Practice and maintains his primary office in Fort Lauderdale. Harsh concentrates in the areas of business litigation and complex domestic and international corporate transaction matters. He has experience in various industries both in domestic and international markets with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, leisure, real estate, retail, technology, transportation, and finance sectors.
