Kelley Kronenberg Partner Jeffrey M. Wank Recognized as Daily Business Review On the Rise Honoree

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, is proud to announce that Partner Jeffrey M. Wank was selected as an On the Rise honoree by the Daily Business Review. Lawyers selected for this honor are recognized as legal overachievers under the age of 40 who standout in their respective fields for their contributions and achievements. All of the honorees were celebrated at the Daily Business Review’s annual Professional Excellence Awards on May 30 at the Rusty Pelican in Miami.

“I’m truly honored to be recognized among this talented group of legal professionals,” said Wank. “Young lawyers are making amazing contributions to the South Florida legal community, and beyond, and I’m incredibly proud to be acknowledged for my work in our industry.”

Wank focuses on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation.  He also handles the defense of a wide array of Third Party Insurance Defense claims, including personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home liability claims. He also serves as coverage and bad faith counsel in these third party actions. Additionally, Wank has experience handling complex civil and commercial matters, employment discrimination, homeowner and condominium association claims, and construction defect cases.

Wank has received many accolades from the legal industry. He has been included in Florida Super Lawyers magazine’s Rising Stars list every year since 2015.

Earlier this year, he was named Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA), Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Legal Aid Service of Collier County (LASCC) for the 2018 term. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors for the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit, and is currently involved in mentor/mentee programs to help assist younger lawyers in the community. He previously served as Chair of the Jewish Federation of Broward County’s Horizons Leadership Program and is a Past President of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors.

Wank earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Florida State University and went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
