Kelley Kronenberg Presents at the International Association of Special Investigation Units’ Annual Seminar & Expo on Insurance Fraud

Kelley Kronenberg is excited to be at the 2021 International Association of Special Investigation Units’ Annual Seminar & Expo on Insurance Fraud, which kicks off September 12 through September 14, 2021, at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando, Florida. Kelley Kronenberg Partner Nikki Hawkins and Practice Group Partner Maria Gibson will present “Somebody’s Watching You (Social Media and Surveillance in Litigation)” on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 9:40 AM.

The International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring the world’s fraud fighting community together through education, awareness, and networking. For more than 35 years, IASIU’s Annual Seminar & Expo on Insurance Fraud has made significant contributions to the Special Investigation Units (SIU) community, offering attendees opportunities to grow and advance in their professions. As the largest conference in the field, IASIU’s 2021 Seminar will offer over 30 workshops, on topics including auto issues, property issues, medical fraud, major case/ring investigations, technology, and workers’ compensation.

Nikki Hawkins is a Partner and Business Unit Leader focusing her practice of civil litigation defense in the areas of Third-Party Insurance Defense to include automobile negligence matters, trucking accidents, special investigative unit (SIU) and fraud-related matters, personal injury protection (PIP), and first-party property insurance defense.

Maria Gibson is a Practice Group Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she heads the firm’s Nursing Home Defense practice area. Additionally, she handles matters related to First Party Property and Third-Party Defense Litigation
