This seminar will discuss rulings and legal principles contained in recent case law involving insurance cases, both substantive and procedural, distinguish between those circuit appellate cases that are binding and those that are merely persuasive, and analyze recent rulings on common ethics issues arising in insurance cases related to judges and mediators.
