ShareKelley Kronenberg Elevates Five South Florida Attorneys to Partners
Firm promotes Lauren K. Einhorn, Natalie S. Kay, Alexander D. Kochman, Oscar Lombana and Alison J. Trejo
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Lauren K. Einhorn, Natalie S. Kay, Alexander D. Kochman, Oscar Lombana and Alison J. Trejo have been promoted from Attorneys to Partners in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale and Miami offices.

Einhorn, who is based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, has devoted her entire career to real estate. She spent nearly a decade processing loan closings and issuing title policies before entering the legal field. She is now rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and focuses her practice on Real Property Litigation, as well as residential and commercial Real Estate Transactions. In 2018, Einhorn was elected to the Leadership Board of the Junior Professionals & Executive Group, a division of the American Legal Financial Network. Einhorn earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Kay, also from the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, handles all areas of Family and Marital Law, including representing parties in family appellate matters and having published opinions in the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida. Her practice also includes Commercial Litigation and serving as general counsel for franchise owners and corporations. In 2017, she received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award for receiving quality reviews from satisfied clients throughout the year. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, Kay is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Kochman focuses his practice on First Party Insurance Defense Litigation and practices out of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He has represented clients in a variety of insurance and liability defense matters, including first party homeowner’s insurance and bodily injury claims. He is a Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, accredited by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Kochman is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida.
Lombana, from the firm’s Miami office, handles matters related to First Party Insurance Defense and Property claims, as well as Third Party Liability cases including casualty claims, and complex commercial construction disputes. Throughout his legal career, he has handled various types of insurance defense litigation, including trucking, medical malpractice, premises liability, and general negligence matters. He also previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he is admitted to practice in Florida.
Trejo, of the Fort Lauderdale office, focuses her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. Since graduating from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College, she has handled a wide range of insurance and liability defense matters, including personal Injury, SIU investigations, premises liability, first party and third party property claims, and business disputes. Prior to beginning her legal career, she worked as an analyst and corporate actions manager in the market data department of a multinational financial services firm, experience she brings to her legal practice. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
