ShareKelley Kronenberg Launches Firm-wide Philanthropic Initiative
New program called Kelley Kronenberg Cares encourages and supports charitable involvement in each of the firm’s 10 locations
Fort Lauderdale, FL. – Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, has launched a firm-wide program to support the communities where its employees work and live. This new initiative, Kelley Kronenberg Cares (KKC), will provide opportunities for the firm’s attorneys and staff to personally commit to civic and charitable efforts in the 10 cities where the firm’s offices are located.
The first KKC project is a school supplies drive. Throughout the month of August, each Kelley Kronenberg office will collect school supplies to donate to a school or school organization in that respective community.
“While the firm has always been a steady supporter of our attorneys’ and staffs’ individual community and charitable efforts, KKC will solidify that commitment to support our neighbors,” said Kelley Kronenberg CFO Heath Eskalyo, who directs the firm’s philanthropic efforts. “As members of these communities, it’s our responsibility to do something positive to make a difference.”
Kelley Kronenberg plans to undertake four major charity projects in 2015, in addition to the firm’s regular philanthropic work. The firm has offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Lakes, Miami, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City and Chicago.
“We are excited to kick off the KKC program with the back to school supplies collection,” said Eskalyo. “Basic items like pencils, notepads and folders may seem small but can have a major impact for students and schools that are unable to acquire these much needed items. We look forward to presenting the results of our drive at the end of the month.”
