Kelley Kronenberg Partner Angelo Filippi will be presenting a webinar on COVID Stress: Effectively Managing Conflict within the Workplace Caused by the COVID Crisis with The Commonwealth Institute’s – TCI Talks. This presentation will cover how supervisors and members of management can effectively manage workplace conflict and tension created as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused significant stress and anxiety within workplaces throughout the globe. Supervisors and managers will learn to how to use traits of a leader to lead from a place of confidence, compassion, hope and optimism, as opposed to fear and apprehension, to allay employees’ concerns, and ensure high morale and productivity within the workforce, while delivering quality results to clients/customers.
