Kelley Kronenberg Partner, Jeffrey Wank, Appointed Co-Chair of County Court Insurance Practice Section of the Broward County Bar Association

Kelley Kronenberg Partner, Jeffrey Wank, has been appointed Co-Chair of County Court Insurance Practice Section of the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA) effective July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.  

Serving in this position is a great honor and indicates that the appointee is a leader in the Broward legal community. In this role, Jeff will work closely with BCBA staff, judges, and community and business leaders to impart knowledge and professionalism in the practice of law. Leading a vibrant and active Section can be a fulfilling endeavor and serves to provide a crucial service to the Bar Association, the practice of law, and the community at large.  

Jeffrey Wank is Chair of Kelley Kronenberg’s First-Party Property and Insurance Coverage Divisions. He focuses his practice on first-party property insurance defense, including coverage and bad faith litigation. Jeffrey assists insurers in all aspects of coverage disputes, including responses to civil remedy notices of insurer violations, pre-suit investigations and coverage evaluations, declaratory judgment, and bad faith litigation. He defends property insurers throughout Florida in first-party coverage matters, where many of the claims involve sinkhole, windstorm, fire, mold, theft, and water losses.
