Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that Partner Marc Marra has been selected to The Florida Bar Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy Class of as 2021 – 2022. Marc will join a select group of attorneys chosen throughout the state of Florida to serve as an Academy Fellow.
The Leadership Academy’s mission is to enhance the leadership skills of a diverse and inclusive group of lawyers selected from across the State of Florida to help them become effective leaders in the Bar, and the legal profession. During their one-year term, Academy Fellows follow a curriculum tailored to enhance their professional development, knowledge base and experience, including attending The Florida Bar events and special educational programs. Academy Fellows are given the opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of the Bar and their role in the legal profession, while enhancing their personal leadership skills.
Marc Marra is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office with the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. With over nine years of experience, his practice focuses on assisting banks, lenders, mortgagees, and financial service providers with enforcing their rights in security instruments on real property. He protects, enforces, and litigates his clients’ rights in security instruments on real estate. Active in his community, Marc serves as the Director of the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA) and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association and is the Vice-chair of the West Broward Section of the BCBA. He is also the founder of Heart Warriors Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded to support children with congenital heart disease.
