Kelley Kronenberg Partner Timothy Shields will be a panelist at the “IP In South Florida: The Future’s So Bright” IP Palooza hosted by St. Thomas University School of Law Intellectual Property & Cyber Law Society IP-Palooza on March 18th.
The guest panel includes Timothy Shields, Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, Pierre Hachar Jr. of The Hachar Entertainment Group, Marcus Bach-Armas, Sr. Director of Legal and Government Affairs for the Miami Dolphins & Hardrock Stadium. The guest panel will discuss what the horizon looks like for South Florida lawyers when it comes to IP law and other related areas such as entertainment, privacy, and tech law.

Timothy Shields is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg and concentrates his practice on Technology, Data Privacy, and Social Media. He is also the Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations for the firm. In his practice, Timothy represents social media influencers and content creators in managing their unique business and personal legal requirements. He also counsels clients on data privacy issues such as FTC, FERPA, and HIPAA.
