The National Diversity Council is the first non-profit organization to bring together the private, public and non-profit sectors to discuss the many dimensions and benefits of a multicultural environment.
The 16th Annual Diversity & Leadership Conference will be taking place virtually on October 27 – 28, 2020 and November 4 -5, 2020. This year’s theme is “Inclusion – Maximizing Your Talent”. Internationally-renowned speakers will bring their unique experiences integrating various diversity and inclusion topics that you can apply to your personal and professional life. The keynote speakers include Donna Brazile, Carly Fiorina and more.
Kelley Kronenberg Chief Relations Officer, Michelle Martinez Reyes, will be a speaker on October 28th, on the “Latino Roundtable” panel alongside with Candelario Cervantez, National Senior Managing Director, Latinx Alliances for Teach for America, Angeles Valenciano, CEO of the National Diversity Council, Andres Gonzalez, CDO of Froedtert and Karla DeCuir, Senior Director of Enrollment Management & External Affairs, UHV Katy. During the Latino Roundtable many topics will be covered such as: breaking barriers and how to create the next generation of a more diverse and dynamic leadership across different industries and their experiences of career advancement in the face of discriminatory barriers
Michelle will also be speaking on November 4th at the “Women Who Lead” alongside Simmi Jaggi, Managing Director of Land Advisory Services and Nikki Grigsby, SVP – Customer Success & Services, Cision. The panel of women will focus on how they found success, the resources they utilized, and some of the challenges they’ve faced.
