Six Kelley Kronenberg Attorneys Recognized in Florida Trend 2022 Legal Elite

Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 28, 2022 – Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that Principal Partner/Chief Operating Officer Howard Wander and Partners Harsh Arora and Louis Reinstein, have been recognized by their peers as three of Florida Trend magazine’s 2022 “Legal Elite.”  Partners Jake Huxtable, Marc Marra, and Jeffrey Wank have been recognized as Florida Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite Up & Comers.”   

The list of 1,263 honorees represents just over 1% of the active Florida Bar members, including attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys who practice in Florida. Legal Elite Up & Comers are lawyers who garnered the most votes in a special category for attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited leadership in the law and their communities.

Florida Trend invited all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in the highest regard – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others. Now in its 19th year, Florida Legal Elite presents the state’s top licensed and practicing attorneys selected by their peers.

Howard Wander primarily focuses on generating new business for the firm while expanding upon current business relationships and partnerships. He is actively and directly involved in the firm’s development and growth and has been instrumental in the firm’s expansion and evolution from a local to statewide to a national platform. Howard also serves as a co-marketing partner for the firm overseeing public relations and charitable activities. 

Harsh Arora is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg and concentrates his practice on business litigation and complex domestic and international corporate transaction matters. He has experience in various industries both in domestic and international markets with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, leisure, real estate, retail, technology, and finance sectors. 

Louis Reinstein is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg focusing his practice on Commercial Litigation, Police Professional Litigation, and Correctional Healthcare Matters. 

Legal Elite “Up and Comers” 

Jake Huxtable is a Partner and Business Unit Leader focusing his practice on First-Party Property Insurance Defense, Third-Party Liability Insurance Defense, and Civil Litigation. He has experience practicing general insurance defense with an emphasis in first-party claims and coverage issues, contractor/road liability, motor vehicle liability, construction defect, personal injury, and premises liability.  Jake also has experience in commercial and civil litigation, including business torts, contract law, regulatory and government investigations, and white-collar defense. 

Marc Marra is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg focusing on the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. With over ten years of experience, his practice focuses on assisting banks, lenders, mortgagees, and financial service providers with enforcing their rights in security instruments on real property. He protects, enforces, and litigates his clients’ rights in security instruments on real estate. He also represents Condominium Associations and HOAs throughout South Florida as general counsel. 

Jeffrey Wank is a Partner focusing his practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation.  Jeffrey also handles the defense of a wide array of Third Party Insurance Defense claims. Jeffrey assists insurers in all aspects of coverage disputes, including responses to civil remedy notices of insurer violations, pre-suit investigations and coverage evaluations, declaratory judgment, and bad faith litigation.
