ShareKelley Kronenberg named one of South Florida’s “Top Law Firms” and Five Partners also named to the 2011 South Florida Legal Guide
Ft. Lauderdale, FL – The law firm of Kelley, Kronenberg, Gilmartin, Fichtel, Wander, Bamdas, Eskalyo & Dunbrack, P.A. is proud to announce that four of its partners have been named to the 2011 South Florida Legal Guide. Kelley Kronenberg was also named in the guide as one of South Florida’s “Top Law Firms.”
Partners Steven P. Kronenberg, Michael J. Fichtel, and Karen Gilmartin were all listed for Workers’ Compensation. Partner Steven H. Osber was listed under Commercial Litigation, and partner Harold S. Stevens was named as a top lawyer in General Liability. This is the first showing for Fichtel, Gilmartin, Osber and Stevens.
The South Florida Legal Guide, now in its 11th edition, is a peer-nominated publication. All of the attorneys listed have years of experience practicing law and are well regarded in the legal profession.
Mr. Kronenberg, a founding partner of the firm, has practiced in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense for his entire career. He is a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section Executive Council and the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Trial Advocacy Workshop and Board Certification Seminar. He is a past member of the Rules Committee of the Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and past Chairman of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section.
Mr. Fichtel practices in the area of insurance defense with a focus on Workers’ Compensation claims for Fortune 500 companies. He has been practicing in that area since 1987 when he joined the firm out of law school. Mr. Fichtel serves as managing partner of the Fort Lauderdale Office.
Mrs. Gilmartin is managing partner of Kelley Kronenberg’s Miami Lakes office. Since joining in 1987, she has focused her practice on the defense of employers, carriers and self-insureds in the field of Workers’ Compensation. She has served on the Florida Bar Rules Committee and is a frequent seminar speaker and trial advocacy teacher.
Mr. Osber is a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and chair’s the Commercial Litigation Group. He practices primarily in the area of complex and general commercial and business litigation, including partnership/shareholder disputes, commercial eviction matters, real estate litigation, and construction litigation.
Mr. Stevens is also a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice on the defense of general and products liability, personal injury, environmental claims, and construction defect claims. Mr. Stevens is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years experience defending insurance companies in a myriad of cases ranging from personal injury claims to construction defect claims.
