Shareholder Heath Eskalyo Admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States

Kelley Kronenberg  Heath Eskalyo, Shareholder with the full-service law firm Kelley Kronenberg, was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States on May 29, 2012. He was sworn in by John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States. Practicing out of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, Mr. Eskalyo is a member of the management committee and focuses his practice on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) law, Defense Base Act (DBA) claims, insurance fraud, Workers’ Compensation and construction law.

A civil trial litigator, Mr. Eskalyo is also admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Among his professional involvements, Mr. Eskalyo is a member of the American and Broward County Bar Associations, the Department of Labor (DOL) Joint Bar Association and is past Chairperson of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Construction Association of South Florida, the Builders Association of South Florida, the Association of General Contractors, Society of Human Resources Management and the Risk Insurance Management Society.

Mr. Eskalyo is a Florida Certified Educator and frequently speaks to managers, claims examiners, attorneys, and judges on various aspects of OSHA, Defense Base Act and Workers’ Compensation law, at local and national trade and educational seminars. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College before earning a law degree from City University of New York in 1993.
