Veteran Business Litigation Lawyer Dennis S. Klein Joins Kelley Kronenberg’s Miami Office

MIAMI, Fla. – Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Dennis S. Klein has joined the firm’s Miami office as a Partner. Klein focuses his practice on business litigation, including director and officer liability, real estate and contractual disputes, professional liability, financial institution issues, product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, bankruptcy, insurance coverage, art law and employment matters. He also handles cybersecurity litigation. His broad range of practice areas and significant experience will be an added asset to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice.

As an added benefit to his business clients, Klein is a State of Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Appellate Mediator and has participated in hundreds of mediations. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he was the owner of an alternative dispute resolution practice that specialized in commercial disputes, which he has now merged with Kelley Kronenberg’s existing mediation practice.

Klein has three decades of experience both prosecuting and defending all facets of commercial litigation. Klein has represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in litigation arising from major bank failures throughout the country. While working for a Wall Street based international law firm, he led litigation that involved the officers and directors of the two biggest banking failures in Florida, and represented billion dollar companies in product liability matters. Additionally, his background includes substantial appellate experience in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Klein received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at both Florida International University School of Law and University of Miami School of Law teaching courses on mediation advocacy.

He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia and Virginia as well as numerous federal courts throughout the country.
