Amanda Pasternak is an attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s General Liability Division, handling a full range of third-party insurance defense claims.

Prior to her admission to the Bar, Amanda worked as a law clerk at Kelley Kronenberg. She has served as a legal intern in the chambers of the Honorable Gerald Lebovits at New York State Supreme Court, where she prepared report and recommendation documents and conducted legal research on various cases. Her experience also includes working as a legal intern for a New York law firm, where she drafted memorandums on leasing and title issues and reviewed contracts for commercial and residential real estate matters. Additionally, she served as a legal intern with the Med-NJ Supreme Court Mediation Program, where she observed mediations and participated in mock mediations with alternative dispute resolution professionals.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Health: Science, Society, and Policy, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar and maintained Dean’s List status throughout her academic career. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and was active in the Cardozo Women’s Law Initiative, Jewish Law Students Association, Intellectual Property Law Society, and Cardozo Real Estate Law Association.
