Ancilla H. Dias

Ancilla Dias is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability, including construction accidents, premises liability, automobile liability, and New York Labor Law. Ancilla represents property management companies, contractors, owners, and self-insured clients with over eight years of specialized experience in New York scaffold law and general liability matters.

Ancilla began her legal career as a Paralegal, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, investigating case facts, and drafting legal documents. She then served as an Associate for two and a half years, handling premises liability, property damage, labor law, and auto claims while conducting site inspections and negotiating settlements to avoid litigation. Ancilla subsequently worked as an Associate for over four years, where she was recognized as a New York Metro Rising Stars honoree for her accomplishments in personal injury defense. During this time, she handled general liability and New York labor law claims from inception, taking and defending depositions while communicating with insured clients regarding claim liabilities and probable case outcomes. Most recently, Ancilla served as an Associate specializing in New York labor law claims, including risk transfer analysis, client reporting, and drafting motions for summary judgment.

Ancilla earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Xavier’s College-University of Mumbai. She then received her Bachelor of Laws from Birkbeck College-University of London and her Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from University College London.
