Davona A. Johnson

Davona Johnson is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to workers’ compensation defense.   

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Davona served as a legal intern, dedicating her efforts to addressing legal issues that significantly impact Latino communities. Her role involved actively participating in the planning and composition of an amicus curiae brief. Additionally, she was pivotal in organizing and facilitating community education events covering various legal topics.  

Davona graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance. Complementing her degree, she holds a certificate in Behavioral Forensics. Davona played an active role in esteemed organizations such as the John T. Washington Honor Society and the LEAD Scholars Academy throughout her academic journey.  

Davona earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her achievements include being honored with the Fredric G. Levin Ethos of Excellence Award and receiving two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, including the First Amendment Law Award and Trial Practice Award. Notably, she played an integral role in the National Black Law Students Association and Caribbean Law Students Association during her time in law school.
