Emily Kraut

Emily Kraut is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on workers’ compensation defense. She leverages her extensive litigation experience to develop strategic approaches for each case, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Emily worked as an associate attorney at a Tampa law firm where she managed her own caseload. Her experience includes drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients at trial. She has also worked as a law clerk for multiple firms, providing support on first-party property insurance claims, personal injury matters, environmental law, and mass tort litigation.

Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as Outreach and Social Media Director for the Business Law Society and worked with the campus ADA Office as a Note Taker for Secured Transactions. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida.

During her career, Emily has presented policy comments at public hearings and established productive relationships with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, doctors, and judges. Her approach emphasizes effective communication and professional development while generating favorable results.
