Hillary Givens is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Hillary worked as an associate attorney at a law firm where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including utility, employment, and contract disputes in both state and federal courts. She successfully led trial proceedings and argued multiple hearings as lead counsel, drafted key pleadings including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, directed written discovery, and coordinated document productions. Her experience also includes working as a wealth management associate, where she worked directly with financial professionals and attorneys advising high-net-worth clients on financial matters, and estate planning. During law school, she served as a legal intern in an entrepreneurial law clinic, where she provided legal support to startups and entrepreneurs, drafted corporate governance documents, and assisted with regulatory compliance matters.
Hillary graduated cum laude from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, where she was recognized on the Honor’s List multiple semesters and received the Women’s Athletic Academic Award of the Year. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s Academic Honor List, inducted into Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, received the 1L Moot Court Competition Dedication Award, and served as a Dean’s Leadership Fellow and Ada Lois Sipuel Fisher Scholar.
