Jose J. Zalduondo

Jose Zalduondo is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg and has over 16 years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters. He defends employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout New York and Florida.  He focuses a significant portion of his practice representing large contractors, construction managers, and owners in a wide range of workers’ compensation claims in the construction industry. Jose has extensive experience representing clients in trial, motion hearings, pre-trial conferences, and settlement conferences. 

Jose earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from American University.  

He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
