Richard S. Unger

Richard Unger is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and focuses his practice on all aspects of Civil Litigation. Richard’s background includes experience in Commercial Litigation, Appellate law, Personal Injury, Family law and Probate. He has practiced law for more than two decades, and has handled cases before Florida’s First, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal.

Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked as in-house counsel for a large insurance company. He represented employers and insurance carriers and assisted clients with the development of cost-effective claims management programs. Richard is certified by the state of Florida to conduct continuing education courses and frequently presents seminars and lectures on a variety of Civil Liability matters.
