Attorney
Todd Haskel is an Attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s Construction Law Division, where he focuses on construction law and construction defect litigation. Todd has experience representing engineers, architects, general contractors, sureties, developers, and subcontractors in complex multi-party matters across Florida. His work includes end-to-end management of construction disputes, strategic counseling on risk and indemnity, and practical resolution in court and alternative dispute forums.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida, where he was a student-athlete and named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association. He is active in the community, including volunteer service with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Metropolitan Ministries, and Feeding Tampa Bay.
