Wendy L. Gaskins

Wendy Gaskins is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to all aspects of liability and casualty defense with a focus on third-party insurance defense and gig economy liability.  

Before joining the firm, Wendy served as an Assistant State Attorney with the 9th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Orlando, Florida. Wendy tried over 15 cases to verdict, including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assaults and battery, firearm charges, theft, driving under the influence, and other driving offense charges.   

Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in French. Wendy went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. Wendy received the Book Award in Civil Procedure.  

While attending law school, Wendy served as a legal intern for the Conviction Integrity Unit of the 9th Circuit State Attorney’s Office.
