ShareKelley Kronenberg Adds Four Attorneys to Fort Lauderdale Office
Fort Lauderdale, FL- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announces the addition of five attorneys to the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Derek O. Goldsmith and Stephen R. Gross join the firm as Partners and Nicholas Fiorello and Louisa Ramsammy join as Associates.
Goldsmith focuses his practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he served as first chair in numerous felony jury trials and verdicts involving first, second and third degree felonies. Following his years at the State Attorney’s office, Goldsmith transitioned to First Party Property Insurance Defense as well as Commercial and Business Litigation.
Goldsmith earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Economics from the University of Florida. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Goldsmith is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Gross focuses his practice on Litigation and Insurance Coverage. He works with clients in both complex and routine matters with substantial experience in construction related issues. Most of his practice involves complex litigation, coverage, bad faith and defense matters. These matters include, but are not limited to, construction and commercial matters.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Gross received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Fiorello handles matters related to Business Litigation and International Corporate Transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Fiorello is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Fischer assists with matters related to the Construction Practice Group. She focuses on Complex Commercial Litigation, General Business Litigation and Construction Defect Litigation. Fischer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida before receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Ramsammy assists in handling First Party Property Insurance Defense and General Liability. Ramsammy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Barry University, Andreas School of Business. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York.
