ShareKelley Kronenberg Adds Two Attorneys to West Palm Beach Office
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, announced that Lauren K. Einhorn and Brandon J. Weitzman have joined the firm’s West Palm Beach office as Attorneys.
Ms. Einhorn focuses her practice on Financial Services Litigation. She assists banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked as a Litigation Attorney at various firms throughout Florida. She has represented major loan servicers in both state and federal court, and is experienced handling claims involving the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Ms. Einhorn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Mr. Weitzman focuses his practice on General Liability, First Party Property Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense. He has extensive experience in representing privately-held businesses in corporate matters including contract formation and drafting, and filing necessary business documents, such as articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, independent contractor agreements, demand letters, waivers and releases, settlement agreements, non-competes, non-disclosure agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and confidentiality agreements. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lynn University.
Mr. Weitzman earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Lynn University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey.
