ShareKelley Kronenberg Attorneys Selected to Participate in Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs
Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that the firm will participate in the Fellows and Pathfinder Programs of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The LCLD includes many of the nation’s premier law firms in their membership. Kelley Kronenberg Chief Executive Officer/Principal Partner, Michael Fichtel, and Chief Financial Officer/Principal Partner, Heath Eskalyo serve as co-members and are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
Four lawyers have been selected to participate in the 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs. Partner and Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Harsh Arora has been named the 2022 Pathfinder Facilitator by LCLD as an Alumni of the 2021 Fellows Program. Conflict Check Managing Attorney Anne K. Skinner has been selected to participate in 2022 Fellows Program. Director of Talent Acquisition Caroline B. Cimei and Attorney Gary Williams II have been selected to participate in the Pathfinder Program.
Founded in 2009, LCLD has grown to an organization of more than 350 Members, who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation’s leading law firms. LCLD members participate widely in the programs they have created—leading by example, taking action, and challenging the legal profession to prepare future generations of diverse talent for the highest positions of leadership.
