As a seasoned legal professional, Jason has much experience covering all aspects of construction law. His statewide practice caters to a diverse clientele, including owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, product manufacturers, and community associations. With an extensive background in the field dating back 20 years, Jason’s insights and skills are an asset to the firm and its clients. 

One of Jason’s key areas of expertise is in handling construction defect disputes. He is renowned for his skillful representation of clients throughout Chapter 558 pre-suit process and his prowess in litigation and arbitration proceedings. In addition to construction defect matters, Jason is adept at resolving various disputes including lien issues, corporate director and officer liability, bankruptcy, warranty claims, violations of restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, and breach of contract actions.
