Kelley Kronenberg names ten new practice group partners in 2021; Cristina J. Bianchi, Nicole C. Coniglio, Lisa M. Elliott, Jennifer Fitch, Maria F. Gibson, Alisha Marano, Christopher A. Sabater, Kevin M. Sellar, Christine G. Soto, and Matthew E. Tiffany from Attorneys to Practice Group Partners.
A Practice Group Partner (PGP) bridges the gap between an Associate and a Firm Partner. PGPs are Associates who have maintained outstanding performance for an extended period and have developed expertise in their areas of practice. During their time as PGP’s, they will be afforded leadership and business development training as well as mentorship to prepare them for the next step of becoming a firmwide Partner.
Cristina J. Bianchi focuses her practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense in addition to criminal law.
Nicole C. Coniglio is part of the Justice for Kids Division, the firm’s national practice dedicated to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children harmed at home, in child welfare and foster care settings, group home settings and residential treatment centers, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others. She focuses her practice on Foster Care and Disabled Persons Damages, Civil Rights, Personal Injury and Children’s Rights.
Lisa M. Elliott is part of the Justice for Kids Division, the firm’s national practice dedicated to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children harmed in foster care, shelters, residential treatment centers, group homes, and other child welfare settings, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others. Lisa focuses her practice on Foster Care and Disabled Person’s damages, Civil Rights, Personal Injury and Child Welfare litigation.
Jennifer Fitch handles matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense and General Liability.
Maria F. Gibson heads the firm’s Nursing Home Defense practice area. Additionally, she handles matters related to First Party Property and Third Party Defense Litigation.
Alisha Marano handles matters related to Family Law, Criminal Defense, First Party Property Insurance Defense, and General Liability.
Christopher A. Sabater handles matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense and General Liability.
Kevin Sellar primarily handles matters related to First-Party Property Insurance Defense and Third-Party Liability Insurance.
Christine G. Soto handles matters related to First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty Claims, and Complex Commercial Constructions Disputes.
Matthew E. Tiffany focuses his practice on First-Party Property Insurance Litigation, including Coverage and Bad Faith litigation.
