Eric Shubow is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to the defense of personal injury protection and construction defect matters.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Eric specialized in Insurance defense litigation, handling a caseload comprising Personal Injury Protection, Bodily Injury, Premises Liability, Subrogation, First-Party Property, and Construction Defect matters.

Eric’s representation in construction defect litigation includes general contractors, roofing subcontractors, plumbing subcontractors, concrete subcontractors, window subcontractors, and stucco subcontractors in various types of construction projects, including condominium buildings, townhouses, single-family homes, and commercial structures. 

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Florida State University.  Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Family Law Certificate and Pro Bono Honors Certificate.  Additionally, he received Book Awards for achieving the highest grade in Property I, Financial Consequences of Divorce, and Professional Responsibility. Eric also held the position of Treasurer for the Federalist Society.
