Eric Shubow is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to personal injury protection defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Eric served as an Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Protection, where he co-supervised a windshield glass litigation department of approximately ten attorneys and six staff members. He has additional experience with Insurance defense litigation, handling a caseload comprised of bodily injury defense, subrogation defense, first-party property, and premises liability matters in multiple counties across the State of Florida.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Florida State University. Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Family Law Certificate and a Pro Bono Honors Certificate. Additionally, he received Book Awards for achieving the highest grade in Property I, Financial Consequences of Divorce, and Professional Responsibility. Eric also held the position of Treasurer for the Federalist Society.
