Kelly S. Rizzo

Kelly Rizzo is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on the defense of general liability and third-party insurance matters, and first-party property insurance claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked as an Associate Attorney focusing on civil litigation, handling complex matters in Louisiana from suit filing through trial and/or resolution. Her general liability experience includes motor vehicle accidents, including trucking/18-wheelers, fires, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and premises liability cases such as slip and falls. Kelly has demonstrated her ability to handle complex cases effectively throughout all phases of litigation.

Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at Spring Hill College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During her time there, Kelly served as a member of the Order of Barristers and the Moot Court Board, earning recognition for her exceptional advocacy skills.

In addition to her legal experience, Kelly’s professional background includes working as a Staff Member to the President/CEO of a large health insurance company, where she collaborated on healthcare initiatives and modernization proposals.
