Kelley Kronenberg Announces the Addition of Ten Attorneys Throughout Florida

The newly licensed attorneys participated in the firm’s second annual Law Klinic, a 4-week legal-focused program which provides a seamless transition into the firm

Fort Lauderdale – Kelley Kronenberg, a multi-practice business law firm, announces the addition of ten attorneys who all recently participated in the firm’s second annual Law Klinic. The new hires include George Capello, Robert Collier, Jesse Feder, Joseph Petrella, Jennifer Sariol, Joseph Sobecki, Lindsay Stadnik, Spencer Strom, Martha Valenzuela, and Maria Zapatero.

The firm’s Law Klinic is a 4-week program for newly licensed attorneys to be immersed in Kelley Kronenberg’s culture and receive comprehensive training in the area of First Party Property litigation. The first Klinic class of 2021 started out small, allowing for one-on-one training from some of the top partners and attorneys in the Firm. Now, each new attorney will be placed with a specific team to independently handle a First Party Property caseload, alongside an experienced Partner at the firm.

George Cappello assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Cappello worked as a Senior Attorney where he gained experience in the area of Dependency law. He also has experience in Immigration.

Robert Collier, III assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Collier worked as a Law Clerk for a Personal Injury firm where he gained experience in drafting demand letters and memoranda and conducting legal research.  He also helped develop new initiatives to increase office production and efficiency.

Jesse Feder assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Feder worked as an attorney focusing his practice on Insurance Litigation and gained experience in drafting and responding to discovery, settlement documents as well as conducting depositions.

Joseph Petrella assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Petrella worked as a Senior Law Clerk with a personal injury firm where he gained experience in drafting and editing legal memorandums.

Jennifer Sariol assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Sariol worked as a Law Clerk where she gained experience in estate planning and related services, including wills, trusts, and probate administration.

Joseph Sobecki assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Sobecki was a Junior Fellow with the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), where he advised NDIA staff and drafted weekly blogposts on important legal developments within the defense industry.

Lindsey Stadnik assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Stadnik worked as a Legal Intern with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office where she conducted research on Fourth Amendment issues and assisted clients through the legal process.

Spencer Strom assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Strom was a Legal Intern with a personal Injury firm where he gained experience in drafting demand letters and assisting in negotiations with insurance companies.

Martha Valenzuela assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Valenzuela worked as a Law Clerk for a Fortune 100 global leader in property and casualty insurance where she conducted legal research and drafted motions. She also taught English Composition at the college level.    

Maria Zapatero assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Zapatero worked as a client service analyst for a global private asset management firm where she gained experience in regulatory compliance, guideline monitoring, and risk management.
