Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Matthew Garnett as a New Partner

Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s general liability and third-party insurance defense division with the addition of Partner and Business Unit Leader, Matthew Garnett.   

Matthew has nearly two decades of legal experience and has built a strong record as a first-chair trial attorney. He has an area of concentration handling professional liability claims (e.g., defense of attorneys, physicians, architects, engineers, real estate professionals, directors and officers). In addition, Matthew has performed substantial work defending claims involving premises liability, negligent security, commercial trucking accidents, construction defects, product liability, and first-party property insurance. Finally, Matthew has dedicated a meaningful portion of his career to representing private clients facing employment law matters, franchisor/franchisee disputes, hospitality industry regulatory and business disputes, long-term care industry transactional and regulatory matters, and intellectual property disputes.   

Kelley Kronenberg’s general liability and third-party insurance defense division defends individuals, businesses, agencies, and institutions in various types of third-party claims, including automotive, commercial trucking and transportation, construction accidents, construction defects, coverage disputes, extra-contractual claims, intentional torts, marine and watercraft liability, negligent security/private security, premises and homeowner liability, products liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, and slip and fall claims.
