Joe Nagy is a Partner and Business Unit Leader in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, focusing his practice on all aspects of general liability and casualty defense. With over 20 years of experience, he represents a variety of clients throughout Florida. He joined Kelley Kronenberg in 2017.

Related to premises liability cases, he has represented hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, condominiums, retail stores and individuals in slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls and negligent maintenance.
Joe has handled cases in all aspects of general liability which have involved injuries from death claims to various types of non-surgical and surgical cases including paraplegic and quadriplegic injuries.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe has more than 13 years of experience defending and litigating general liability claims for the insured’s of various insurance companies and self-insured entities. Prior to focusing his practice to defending and litigating general liability claims, Joe worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court from 1999-2003.
Joe regularly presents accredited seminars on topics such as claims adjuster ethics, premises liability, trucking and transportation defense, Florida claims handling and defense strategies.
Joe is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and mediates cases in all areas of civil litigation.
Joe believes that the key is the relationship with his client and being responsive. He provides a service to his client and does that at the highest level.
