Kelley Kronenberg Adds Nine Attorneys

Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and New Orleans, LA – Kelley Kronenberg announces the addition of nine attorneys. David M. Gordon joins as a Partner. Lelia M. M. Schleier joins as a Practice Group Partner. Michelle Alvarez, Kelsey King, Rachel Lambert, Lisa Larmond, Scott McCloskey, Vincent “Alex” Nunchuck, and Kathryn E. Thomson join the firm as associates.

Orlando

David M. Gordon is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on Complex Insurance Defense Litigation. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, David represented insurance carriers in the areas of general civil litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, first-party property, commercial litigation, and copyright law. Prior to practicing in Insurance Defense, David obtained substantial experience in Consumer Rights law, specifically focusing on Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Appellate work.

Kelsey King is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before becoming an Attorney, Kelsey worked as a paralegal at Kelley Kronenberg, where she gained experience in First Party Property Insurance Defense by drafting case reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.

Fort Lauderdale

Lisa Larmond is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Lisa garnered expansive first party litigation experience in her role as Associate General Counsel for a national property and casualty insurance company.

Lelia M. M. Schleier is a Practice Group Partner in Kelley Kronenberg’s Justice for Kids division, the firm’s national practice dedicated to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children harmed in foster care, shelters, residential treatment centers, group homes, and other child welfare settings, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others.

Tampa

Kathryn E. Thomson is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Kathryn spent two years representing insurance companies in first-party property, personal injury protection, and general liability defense matters.

Tallahassee

Michelle Alvarez is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.  Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Michelle worked as a Legislative Analyst for the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers where she gained considerable experience in researching, tracking, and analyzing legislative and policy activities, and assisted in drafting legislation signed into law by the Governor.

New Orleans

Rachel Lambert  is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science from The University of Mississippi.

Jacksonville

Scott McCloskey is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Scott represented employers, self-insureds, insurance companies, TPAs, and excess carriers in defense of the workers’ compensation claims filed by employees.

Vincent “Alex” Nunchuck is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Alex served two years as an Assistant Public Defender before joining the private sector where his practice focused on family law and estate planning matters.
