Overview

Frequently it is more favorable for our clients and their families to reach an amicable agreement other than to litigate their issues in court. Mediation or other forms of dispute resolution can benefit many couples considering separation or divorce, creating workable parenting plans, simplifying the division of assets and liabilities, and developing agreeable child support and alimony payments.
