Immigration law is a black or white situation. Being an immigration lawyer to me is the feeling of satisfying myself to be able to help people in real life. If you’re going before a judge, you’re either going to get a benefit or you’re not going to get a benefit. And by helping people directly, it just gives me a sense of fulfillment to be able to give people a new life in this country.
Knowing that they got this benefit, knowing that they were going to have a life in the United States, they looked at me and they said, thank you for helping me start my life and God, when I have my first child we’re going to name him after you. And it just made me feel good to the point that I was able to help somebody and see it go on down into the future.
